Remote Setup

For those of you who will be joining the classes remotely, here are some basic bits of information to help make it go smooth on day one.

First, I would advise getting a second monitor. This way you can have the meeting up on screen, and have your work up on the second screen. Here are a couple of inexpensive options for monitors:

We're going to be using Webex (similar to Zoom) for the remote classes. Before the first day of class, I'd like to do a quick test run to make sure that everyone is all setup and ready to go. Therefore, I'll be in touch with every one of you to set up a test remote meeting where we can test the software and make sure you're all set up.

When it's time to meet, you'll first need to click the link below to get started. I would advise installing Google Chrome before starting (you should be using Chrome anyway 😀).

From here, I'll guide you over the phone the rest of the way.
